GoogleMy experiences with Jordan Fishwick as our letting agent have always been outstanding. We recently needed some work doing on a fire door on our apartment . Connor found us quotes for the work , engaged a contractor, arranged a time for the job with the tenants and once the work was completed, sent us all the paperwork we needed for the management company. All this was done in a timely manner and it’s so helpful that Jordan Fishwick have contacts with reliable contractors making the whole experience stress free . So well done Connor and Jordan Fishwick and thank you 🤩 🤩

I made 5 calls to try and get a viewing and only on the fifth call I made, they informed me that an offer had been miraculously received and taken off the market. Not impressed.

We have used JF twice to find a new tenant for our flat. This process worked out fine however they have now started to use a new lengthy electronic contract involving a third party and within this they mention the services they can provide re home letting service. All sounds great. However be warned this is just a process designed to be ambiguous and provide them another income stream at the expense of unsuspecting clients. Our experience relates to energy providers.In the new contract its states they can share your details with potential energy providers seems harmless enough. Then once the contract is signed they send you and email about home letting services they can provide, however this is the trick, you have to read this email and opt out otherwise you give them licence to fleece you. In our case we found out our energy provider had been changed between new tenant's. I spent hours on the phone with my old energy provider to try and find out what was happening and to block this change, eventually filling in an erroneous change process which takes 20 days to implement.The new provider in the end basically blocked this. I then got in touch with the new provider who eventually after several calls informed me my energy supply had been switched by Jordan Fishwick. So my energy supply was changed without my knowledge and new suppliers tariff was 6% higher. So Jordan Fishwick used this process to gain a payment from the new energy supplier and increase the cost of my energy supply without ever informing me. When I called to complain they hide behind the contract, they are not interested in your issues. Great customer service, definitely not.Problem is they will runout of customers very quickly.
Dear consumer, we are sorry you felt the need to make this underhanded accusation about our services. The reason for working with utility providers like this is it allows a free credit for our landlords in void periods of up to £55. When a tenant moves into a property they invariably change from the original suppliers in any event, thus creating untold man hours at the end of the tenancy for the company/landlord trying to change back or capture the current providers. Having this facility handled by one supplier, who offers the most competitive rates, seems the simplest and most efficient way forward. Prior to this however, all clients sign terms of business, which I believe you will have done, giving you the opportunity to opt out of the service. Once again, I’m sorry that you found this procedure unacceptable and for that I hope you can accept our apologies.

GoogleJordan Fishwick Chorlton recently sold my late father's house for me. From the start they were friendly but professional, and nothing was too much trouble. They advised me on various factors such price, marketing approach etc., and soon had plenty of viewings and offers, resulting in one which I accepted. I have spent my career working in property finance, so like to feel I knew pretty well what to expect, but there were several factors which made this sale difficult and lengthy, but Maura, Stewart and Dan were on my side all the way through, and stuck to their task diligently. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team to anybody want to sell a property. Thank you, Jordan Fishwick Chorlton!

GoogleThroughout our property buying journey, we viewed quite a few houses with Jordan Fishwick in Chorlton, and although we didn’t ultimately purchase one of the properties they were marketing, I still wanted to leave a review because the service we received was consistently excellent. Josh was fantastic during viewings. He is extremely knowledgeable, charismatic, professional, and genuinely great at his job. He always provided lots of useful information about the properties and made viewings feel relaxed, fun and informative rather than pressured. Dan was also incredibly helpful whenever I called the office. He was always happy to assist with booking viewings, recommending properties, and answering questions throughout the process. Overall, both Josh and Dan were wonderful to deal with and are a real credit to the company. Jordan Fishwick as a whole came across as professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping buyers. I had actually initially hoped to market my own property with them as well, but they were fully booked at the time, so I ended up going with another company. Even so, I really appreciated all of the help and positive experiences we had with their team throughout our search. Highly recommended.
