GoogleWe couldn’t have asked for any better estate agents to support us in the sale of our house. Maura was incredible to say the least, she remained supportive throughout some difficult patches and nothing was too much trouble for her, her calm and positive attitude remained throughout the whole process from start to finish. We also used Carolyn to help with our mortgage and I am so glad we did, she was super helpful and we cannot thank her enough for her support when it came to some urgent matters upon exchange. Absolutely brilliant team, thank you so much!

GoogleMy husband called this afternoon to book a viewing and the sales guy had absolutely no manners. Kept getting snarky because my husband asked him to clarify what he meant about "buying position". How hard is it to ask if we're ftb or have a property to sell rather than saying vague terms to someone whose first language obviously isn't English. Don't work in sales if you have no customer etiquette.

GoogleHouse sale in 2026: genuine honest advice at outset with sensible tips to go on the market but where these guys really shine is taking the grit out of the gears in the middle part of the process. Were pivotal in truly facilitating all parties (buyer, seller and respective solicitors) to solve the sticky bits and get it over the line.

GoogleWe recently secured a rental property in Manchester city centre through Jordan Fishwick, and I cannot recommend Chelsea highly enough. From the initial viewing through to the completion of all the paperwork, Chelsea was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always on hand to answer questions and keep the process moving smoothly. Moving home can be stressful, but Chelsea made the whole experience straightforward and enjoyable. A real credit to Jordan Fishwick and an excellent example of outstanding customer service. Thank you, Chelsea, for all your help!

There are cheaper charging commission % agents,but chose JF cos of the well established name. Theo was pleasant and professional. The issue we had was during the last few weeks while he was on holiday and file passed to a colleague, he was very blunt and pushy with chasing our side constantly about progress updates from our solicitor which we found was stressful and sometimes annoying when there is only so much u can do to push 'solicitor ' to do the job quicker ! An understanding estate agent will understand, we the seller obviously are more keen to complete than anyone else involved ! Overall,they managed to sell my property and I guess that's what's matter most!
