Huge thanks to Josh (Hurd) and everyone at the Chorlton office for all his help and guidance to enable my recent sale. I had never sold a property and I feel lucky that the whole process completed with the same buyer throughout. Not impressed trying to view flats in Manchester but not helpful when we called and website wouldn’t bring anything up. I would give less - shocking service - very high fees 8 x more than other estate agents if you are tenant beware!

Avoid like a plague. A team of cowboys who put profit over integrity. I never leave reviews and consider myself fair so for me to come on here says all you need to know. Decent during the tenancy but as soon as money came into it literally horrible carry on. Stefan in particular. Please treat your customers with a bit more respect and stop trying to fleece people of their hard earned money. No way to go about any relationship let alone a business relationship. Paid 1.3k in deposit and they have falsified claims to justify not returning my deposit. A lot of money was spent cleaning the property upon me leaving and making sure it was left in the best condition. I took pictures which I’ve included. To try and justify taking my deposit because the property wasn’t “clean” is abhorrent and very dishonest.

Make sure you rent a house with no problems because even though they say that “Jordan Fiswick will deal with maintenance problems” they don’t care. It’s been months, the issue isn’t fixed. I am tired of sending emails and chasing it up. So think 5 times before letting from Jordan Fishwick

We engaged Harry Ignatowicz of Jordan Fishwick to sell our property Harry and Jordan Fishwick disappointed throughout after selling a dream service: They failed to generate any credible bids after managing 34 viewings. I subsequently managed 11 viewings directly leading to 6 bids above or significantly above asking price Their service was poor throughout. They failed to prepare for the viewings and lacked a basic understanding of the property (parking, loft, etc.) despite us asking for a meeting to discuss multiple times It felt that they needed managing and support throughout and we had to cancel the contract as we had no trust they could deliver on the sales process Following our withdrawal Harry became passive aggressive and highly unprofessional, with a service far far short of the minimum baseline you’d expect
