After a month in which I filled up all the necessary documents, I was notified 6 days before the deadline that I can't move, that the owner decided to withdraw his decision to let me live in the house ... after I announced my current owner, and he in turn was obviously looking for a replacement for me. I want to mention that everything was decided and approved, I even paid the deposit. Is not a serious agency .. the only thing that did it was to waste my time and play with my nerves. I do not recommend.

This rating is specifically for Paula Rudge. I used one of their recommended conveyancers and mortgage broker and unfortunately my personal experience with both wasn’t good. Paula supported me through the process, kept in regular contact, and went the extra mile when things had’t progressed. Frustratingly, it took 6 months for an empty 1 bedroom flat with no chain to be completed. Without Paula’s support it would probably have been longer and very much appreciate the help she gave.

Moved into a property let by jones robinson. We asked for property to be professionally cleaned as this was during pandemic and I was pregnant, however this was cleaned by the landlords handy man quick dust and vacuum. When we moved in, the house was filthy and we had to clean it ourselves despite being assured this was being done professionally and then being told it was done to a reasonable standard. We had various issues during our time in property, carpets were old and stained, splash back in kitchen broken, garden overrun by weeds and ants. Shower is very old and hot water only lasts 5 minutes and you certainly couldnt run a bath. None of these were looked even though we reported the issues. Now we moved out, we paid for house to be professionally cleaned and they did a good job, however jones robinson claim its not good enough and want to charge us again for it. Considering the state the house was in when we moved in, they should compensate us for cleaning at the time. Very disgusted by them and think they are scamming us as not wanting to give us our deposit. Never had issues with other agents before, the agent we are with now have been incredible. They may be good for sales but be very careful if renting from them as you probably won't get your deposit back. What's funny is they did an inspection and mentioned how well we had maintained the property and this was just before we moved... very unhappy with them..

Both Paula and Beth, have been brilliant with the sale of my house and have gone above and beyond supporting me, through what had been a very difficult and complicated chain. We were disappointed with our first estate agent who lost the only offer we received in the 5 months it was listed with them. So we relisted our house with Jones Robinson, they got lots interest straight away, and we accepted an offer within a week!
