Have lived in a property with these guys for over a year, we had a FIRE and they did not respond nor send someone out till 4 hours later. The Fire brigade and National grid both confirmed the property is UNSAFE and the electric was faulty and never completed to the standard expected. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE LANDLORDS DETAILS AND WE ASKED MONTHS AGO THE WORST PEOPLE WE HAVE EVER RENTED WITH NOT ONLY DID THEY GIVE US AN UNSAGE PROPERTY THEY ALSO DIDNT CHECK THE SMOKE ALARMS AND THIS WAS COVERED WITH MASKING TAPE THE WHOLE PLACE IS DISGUSTING

Going the extra mile!

I am not a tenant or landlord, but a neighbour of a property let by John Shepherd. There was an issue with a piece of broken furniture in which could be heard in my property, creating an awful consistent noise. This had been a long standing issue in which the previous lettings agent did not consider part of their remit, and were quite unhelpful. When I heard the property was now managed by John Shepherd, I called and spoke to Caitlin, Property Manager. She was extremely helpful, sorted the issue within a week and kept in contact with me throughout. It is rare that we give positive feedback and I believe we are all judged on how things are managed when things go wrong, which is why I am leaving this review. Thanks for your help, much appreciated.
