GoogleWe found the team at John German incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, reliable and friendly. From the first contact we made with them to the last they never let us down. Buying and selling houses is challenging and the goal posts seem to change daily (at least) but thevl John German team were always there to help smooth the way. I'd highly recommend John German to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property.

GoogleI’ve had an amazing service from start to finish. I’m currently in the process of both buying and selling a property with them. Throughout the whole process, they have called me every few days so I’m constantly updated, and it’s so nice to not have to chase people for once. Vicky Hughes in particular has been a god send and has continuously chased up solicitors on both sides to make sure it goes through as quickly as possible. I have absolutely no complaints and would use them again and again!

GoogleProfessional and all staff were courteous. Felt the need for agents to be more proactive at times in terms of following up potential customers for both my house let and sale. Feedback wasn't always that helpful.

GoogleWe had such a positive experience during our home purchase with John German, and a huge part of that was thanks to Becci (Sales Progression Team) From start to finish, she was an absolute credit to the team, always positive on the phone, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth as possible. Becci kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly, especially when we encountered some issues with our solicitor. We couldn’t have asked for better support, and we’re so grateful for all her hard work. Thank you also to Chloe who also helped get the house purchase ball rolling for us. Highly recommend!

Our house purchase hit a major hurdle when spray foam was found in the loft, meaning our mortgage lender wouldn’t release funds until a new roof was agreed with the vendor. Jessica Norton was incredibly professional throughout her communication, support, and negotiation between all parties was first class and ensured everything progressed smoothly. Thanks to her hard work we successfully completed on our dream home, as at times we didn't think it would happen. We can’t thank Jessica and the team at John German enough and would highly recommend their services.❤️

GoogleI couldn’t fault John German. It wasn’t a particularly straight forward sale, but the team at Burton Upon Trent never gave up. I was constantly kept up to date with developments. All the staff were incredibly helpful, in particular Simon Redford and Vicky Hughes were complete stars. So a huge thank you to you all. I will be forever grateful.

GoogleI recently used John German Letting Services & can honestly say they are FANTASTIC!!! From the outset their representative, Tracey Glenn, was SUPER HELPFUL, making the process easy & efficient. Her professionalism led to a smooth efficient process. So much so that it is the 2nd time I have used the services of John German & I even recommended her to a friend who is using another estate agent. It is not just about an Efficient Letting Service why Tracey is so good but the advice & support that she offers. She is the prefect example of what good customer service is. I will definitely use John German / Tracey Glenn in future. Fingers crossed / selfishly, I hope she never moves areas or takes on other roles but her excellence should be shared within the business to ensure others meet her high standards!

GoogleI've been letting out two properties in Burton for the past two years with John German. They are very supportive and responsive. Initially, Tracey Glenn (the lettings manager) was very helpful and was the main reason I joined them back in 2023. She was honest and gave good advice on the rental market. I also have to mention Laura Francis and Becky Scargill for their hard work. They consistently produce documents and communicate in a timely manner. I would recommend this team to any landlord.

From the lovely Matt who marketed the house, the great ladies at the Uttoxeter branch who sorted a buyer and the absolutely AMAZING Vicky Hughes, sales progresser at Burton. Without Vicky chasing all parties and progressing the sale, we would still be going through the process. Every house seller needs a Vicky, we can't thank her enough for all her help. She has fantastic customer skills and was always cheery and positive. We have bought and sold through JG and each time we have had brilliant service. Will use them again and would recommend in a heartbeat.
