GoogleJohn German have been exemplary and have delivered a service far superior to any other letting agency I’ve ever dealt with. We had a very tight turn around with needing to move into rented accommodation following completion on a house sale and against all odds the team managed to sort things out for us at lightning speed. We are so grateful! Friendly, efficient and generally lovely team.

GoogleThe team did an excellent job of selling our house quickly. However even more importantly, they were very proactive in following the sale through to completion, with Emma regularly updating us and chasing up our respective solicitors during the usual sticky bits such as waiting searches. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI was thoroughly impressed by the honesty and professionalism of this estate agency. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past and this has got to be the best by a long way. From the very beginning they were helpful and understanding. I was updated and kept in the loop on a regular basis which I really appreciated - I never had to chase them for anything. GoogleA really great service received from John German, Ashbourne. Very efficient and professional staff who kept in regular contact with us throughout the whole process. Having tried an online agent initially (certainly do not recommend!) for a couple of months we then used John German and sold within a few weeks.

GoogleIn a changing world where on-line dealings are taking the role of traditional tasks I have to say that dealing with the staff at John German, East Leak made my purchase much easier, the same goes for my selling agent. Yes using an estate agent is more expensive than on-line suppliers, BUT, moving home is very stressful and a friendly voice to guide you through the process and handle your aspirations is worth paying for. If this agent treat their clients selling half as much as they treat me as a buyer don’t hesitate to use them, Ellie and Jeanett are simply brilliant.

GoogleWe had the best experience being showed two properties by Charlie Lockhart. It was so refreshing to meet an agent who was enthusiastic (but not over the top) and friendly but professional. Charlie was welcoming, helpful and just made us feel at total ease. We'd definitely hunt down Charlie if we want to sell our house in future. Thank you!
