We know if there are any issues at the property then Anna Belton will be there to get things sorted. Communication between ourselves and the landlord through John German is second to non. GoogleFirst class communication, very efficient and thorough and were always available to contact. We were selling and buying through them and it removed a large amount of pressure from us to know that they were working hard to ensure the sales passed smoothly. I hope to never move home again, but if we do them would definitely use them.

GoogleHad dealings with John German Burton not from a buying or selling point of view but for their valuable advise on buying a property in London. We knew John German had a great reputation and I understand why now. However we did use their Independent financial advisor Richard for our mortgage and have since recommended his services to family and friends! You know you're in safe hands with the team at John German!

Lara-Beth and the Ashby team really understood what I was looking for in my forever home and also want to thank Charlie in Loughborough who was really accommodating with booking my viewings. The whole John German team are friendly, thoughtful and supportive throughout my property search and I can not recommend enough!

GoogleWe recently tried to purchase a property through John German, and despite the owner pulling out of the sale in the end, I was very impressed with the service I received from Lizzie and Iain during the process. Lizzie was fantastic during negotiations and really personable, and Iain kept me updated on our progress regularly and chased solicitors on our behalf, they were much better than the estate agents we used to sell, and I would DEFINITELY use John German in future! Both Lizzie and Iain were supportive when the purchase fell through (despite my tears on the phone), and I feel positive that they'll find us something else instead. Thank you for all your help!
