GoogleThe staff at John German are very attention and on the ball when it comes to managing your property. I’m fortunate enough to have Charlotte as my property manager, who ensures that communication is maintained at a high standard throughout all stages of a tenants contract, resulting in no misunderstanding or issues, should any maintenance queries arise.

GoogleCharlotte has been working on a problem with the energy supplier at one of my properties, I’m very impressed with how she has been dealing with the issue. Polite, professional and tenacious, with Charlotte on the case I’m confident of a favourable outcome. I would fully recommend John German, “small enough to care, large enough to matter”.

GoogleI have recently taken on a tenancy with John German and I am very impressed with the level of support and how professional they are. They have gone the extra mile to make sure the property I have moved into was up to standard and also to ensure the process was smooth. Especially during these difficult times and being in a lockdown it didn't prevent nor hold my move back. I have had teething problems at the start of my tenancy but this is to be expected and the team are helping me sort these out and have responded to all my emails quickly and efficiently. A big shout out to Charlotte and Linda in the Derby letting agents, who have both been helpful, approachable, friendly and also professional. I can't thank them enough.

GoogleI have been working mainly with Charlotte and Tracey. They are both extremely professional and knowledgeable. With so much legislation changing all the time, it's important to have the support of a competent estate agent with the legal documentation and John German proactively provides support with the legal side of renting. The feedback from our tenants interacting with John German is very positive too, they also enjoy the support John German is providing them. We've tried few agents in the past, John German have been the best by far out of all the agents we have tried so far. GoogleCharlotte is a brilliant Tenancy Manger. We’ve had a few issues with our boiler recently and Charlotte has been checking in every step to make sure we’re happy. The contractors that John German use are great, really friendly and get the job done. Would highly recommend

GoogleCannot fault John German staff at all. From the start, Charlotte was very friendly who showed us round the property, answering any questions we had. Going through the application process Linda was extremely helpful too and we have found the company as a whole a lot more friendly than other letting agencies we’ve used before. Having their own app was very useful, enabling us to sign documents without having to visit the office and even the option of transferring all our bills easily on an app too. We’ve settled in to our new home nicely, thanks to John German.
