GoogleRight from the start when David came to value the property, through a long and difficult process between finding a purchaser and chasing through the legal system, Lizzie and the office team were fantastic. Lizzie kept me informed from beginning to end and ensured that we were able to be in our house at the seaside by Bank Holiday. Can't praise them enough.

GoogleWe went on sale last week and we are being advised that John German have found us a potential purchaser, given the service that has been given to us from the office team of Marie Hayley and Henry coupled by the realistic valuation and fantastic video presentation that was done by David Woodcock the sales director this can only have been achieved by their combined efforts. Well done to all concerned, a fantastic team performance and one I would recommend to anybody

GoogleSome members of the John German Ashby de la Zouch team do brilliantly and try very hard whilst others much less so. I had good cause to complain about the sales progressor and this was dealt with quickly, assigning a very diligent person, Lizzie Hale, as my lead contact. From this point onwards, I was always kept informed of the sales progress.

GoogleI can't speak highly enough about the team at the Ashby de la Zouch branch. Although my wife and I decided in the end against selling our home, I cannot fault the staff, especially David, Lizzie and Henry, their organisation, communication, commitment, first class attitude and their willingness to go the extra mile to try to get the result we wanted. While looking for a property we couldn't find we had dealings with other estate agents who weren't in the same league as John German. They were superb.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a house through John German and to say the process wasn’t without its issues is an understatement, however, the staff at JG have been approachable, professional & patient throughout. We were shown around by Lynda who was both friendly & knowledgeable regarding the property. Once our offer was accepted we dealt with Lizzie who is also a credit to JG and Lizzie also has the patience of a saint. We would definitely recommend John German.

GoogleWe have always found the staff at John German to be professional and polite. Charlotte has been our point of contact during the time we have rented and she has always been on hand to answer questions and replies very quickly. She has been a big help to us at the end of our tenancy.

GoogleJohn German have recently handled the sourcing of a tenant for a rental property and the service was nothing short of fantastic. The photos and description of the property in the advert was amazing and a tenant was sourced and moved in within 3 weeks of engagement! GoogleJohn German were brilliant. The team went above and beyond to sell my house and sold it within the first week. They gave me good advice when I was deciding which offer to accept and genuinely care about people. I'd like to thank Jo for her amazing communication, support and guidance throughout the process, particularly when it came to chasing up solicitors and chatting through putting an offer in on a property. Even though it was a with a different agent Jo was happy to share her experience and advice and I found her more personable and helpful that the agent I bought from.
