Shocking and diabolical treatment from the letting agent who did house visits. Young professional, house was kept in immaculate condition. She would ring me up at work and leave messages on my voicemail, screaming and shouting at me to 'open this door now! I demand it". On returning her call the agent office would explain it was her error and that no visit had been scheduled for me. No apology. As a teacher it is impossible to take the day off for a home visit, so I arranged for my mother to be there for a scheduled appointment. On answering the door the letting agent said to her 'who the hell are you?'. So rude, and so unprofessional. I decided to leave and thankfully bought my own property. Have never felt so third rate as when I rented. To top it off the agents expected me to let strangers view the property whilst I was on my own at night. I had no idea who they were. Felt very unsafe and vulnerable and the agent simply said she had vetted them. How? No young woman should be put in that situation on her own.needless to say I was out as fast as I could and will never recommend this agent to anyone. Awful experience.

They have handled the selling process for me over recent weeks and from the moment that Matt came to value the property right through to when we had offers accepted the team were amazing. Most of my contact was with Emily in the office, however, I also spoke to Debbie and Jayne and the whole team are AMAZING. The team at John German couldn’t have been more helpful. From day one we were kept ‘in the loop’ by phone and/or by email. We were always kept appraised of the interest in our property, and all procedures were carefully and simply explained. From the moment we met Reece ( who made the valuation and took the photographs), we had a good feeling about the company. From that point, it was largely Debbie who organised things on our behalf, with imput from Emily and Jayne. All three had a dedicated team approach. The staff are cheerfully supportive and take much of the worry out of what could otherwise be a very stressful situation.
