GoogleThe Derby John German branch did an excellent job of advising us on pricing strategy allowing the sale to be completed at our offer price rather than jumping to accept a much lower offer. The sales progress team provided support and timely intervention to move the completion of the sale in a smooth process.

GoogleJohn German were very helpful, I dealt with Stephen whynyates there and he was very helpful the whole way through my sale any questions I had about the property hegot straight on with it and got back to as soon as possible with the replies , he helped in chasing my and the sellers legal team and I would definitely recommend Stephen whynyates and John German , it was the smoothest property sale I've been through to date so I give him and John German 10 out of 10

GoogleWell established long running company. Offer reliable quality service. All staff genuinely want to support you through the process. They may not be cheapest but they do offer great quality.

GoogleNathan has gone above and beyond to help with selling our probate property answering my queries at all ours and going out of his way to secure the sale. Chloe has been so professional friendly and really prompt with her email responses and phone calls. I've felt in the loop at all times The office communicate so well couldn't recommend them enough!

We always received prompt responses to any queries we had regarding the house sale, and they helped us deal with the process, which can sometimes be frustrating and time consuming. We would particularly like to thank Jessica Norton for her patience and perseverance with the sale. She kept us hopeful that we would see a satisfactory conclusion, which we did. Other people who helped us were Vicky and Phil from the Ashbourne office. Thanks to you all, and we are pleased we chose John German.

GoogleJohn German are quite simply the best estate agent I've used, and I've used a few over the years. They are professional, hard-working, friendly and always very responsive. They provided what I thought was a high valuation, but it turned out to be absolutely correct (several other agents provided lower valuations, some significantly so). I could not fault JG. Well done on a great service!
