GoogleI would just like to thank all at the John German Team, you have restored my faith in estate agents/letting agents. From the initial viewing through the whole processing part with to the very end meeting to collect the keys it has been a painless experience and you have all been absolutely *quoting as a northerner here* Bloody lovely. I have and will continue to highly recommend you to anyone I speak to...which is quite the opposite of your competitors in Ashby.

GoogleShameful business trying to cause conflict between tenants and not understanding that gardens may grow in the spring time which lead to our deposit being held/not being returned in full (Common sense and science lessons are amiss with John German). They also made up noise complaints about us playing music on dates when we were not at the property. Overall, a very cunning and dishonest company that makes me glad that I now own a house!

We passed on your apology regarding the noise complaint and there were never any further complaints from your neighbours. Whilst the proposed deductions were not to your satisfaction, we negotiated and your counter offer was accepted. In fact, we believed that this was all settled as your final email to us thanked us for all our hard work in resolving the deposit. A special mention to Marie and Izabel who went above and beyond to help and for this we are very grateful. GoogleIf I could rate 6 stars out of 5, I absolutely would! I can't recommend them enough. They assisted in a crisis when another local letting agent made me homeless due to their incompetence. John German were professional, helpful, communicated with me at every stage and got me moved into a property within a week! All of the staff were fantastic and they made what was a very stressful event, absolutely seamless. Big thanks to all!

GoogleJohn German helped us buy our house, Vicky Hughes was our lead contact and she was always very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed to arrange a viewing they would organise it straight away and called us during our purchase with any updates. I would certainly recommend John German estate agents in Burton on Trent!

GoogleI was happy with the service I received from John German. I mainly spoke to Julie and James who were friendly, professional and worked to meet my requirements. The photos also looked great. I ultimately didn't sell my home but would be happy to go through John German to buy or sell in the future. I would recommend them.
