GoogleFound a stunning home that we were really excited for, we called twice and emailed the same day it came up for rent, we got passed to the sales team as they had a lot of calls coming through to lettings. My details were taken and I was told someone from the rental team would then be in touch. Unfortunately I was then told 24 hours later that my details were never given over and they have already done the viewings and taken interest on the property so it was no longer available. Very disappointed.

Hi Savannah. I have now investigated this fully and just so you are aware, the property was launched on 22nd August 2024 (10 days before receiving your enquiry). We received a large amount of interest on the property and therefore the viewings were actually closed Tuesday 27th August 2024 - with them being carried out on Sunday 1st September 2024. My sincere apologies that this information wasn’t passed over to you on Saturday when you enquired about the property. Our system had been updated with this information. GoogleI purchased my property from JG I could not fault them, from front of house to everyone behind the scene. The staff showing me property they were all excellent. I'm sure if it wasn't for them chasing up my agent and solicitors the whole process would have taken longer. I wish I had chosen JG to sell my property!

GoogleMany thanks to the John German team for their help and support in all processes, from finding housing to signing the contract and receiving the keys. The staff is very responsive and helpful. Since this is our first time renting in this country, this support was very important to us. All communication and online signing of documents is very conveniently built, which allows you to save time and avoid unnecessary paperwork. We are very glad that we are cooperating with you.

GoogleI cannot recommend John German Uttoxeter enough. We sold our house and bought another through them this year. Every person we have had the pleasure to meet during our journey has been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. As first time sellers we have been so well supported through the process. The sales progression team were amazing, no question has ever felt silly. We will only ever use John German again!

GoogleFirst rate agents. Supportive and proactive with marketing and negotiating. Sales progression is second to none. We had a lengthy chain with complications and Jessica went above and beyond in assisting in any way she could to move the whole chain forward.

The team is lead by Tracey, but particular shout-outs go to: Izabel Glenn who was particularly prompt & attentive with my pre-contract enquiries; Suzie was very friendly & accommodating for my viewing; Sarah was also a pleasure to deal with upon my check-in, and made it a peaceful & stress-free procedure. As an agent, they represent their landlord clients impeccably. Top firm!
