GoogleCannot recommend them to sell your flat, they just put it on rightmove/zoopla and do nothing. I had to constantly chase for feedback or updates. After about 5 months they told me I should wait a few years until the market improves, or accept an offer 12% under asking. I switched to another more proactive agent, had offers at asking within weeks.

GoogleWe had an OUTSTANDING experience working with Pia from John D Wood. From the outset, Pia took the time to understand exactly what our family needed and went above and beyond to deliver. Pia was focused, driven, and highly professional… she kept things upbeat and moving which is why she was able to secure us a fantastic rental property within just ONE week. What impressed me the most was her determination and resourcefulness; she managed to find us the perfect home despite there being not much on the market... she simply pulled a rabbit out of her hat! The entire process was just so smooth and stress-free. (She even hooked us up with a moving company.) FIVE stars for Pia, cannot recommend her enough!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleIncredibly disappointed by the agent Toby who misguided me to securing a 2 year tenancy for a flat nearby that's in a terrible state. The property management team do not respond to you and take months to replace a faulty appliance. I was told the flat will be cleaned, refreshed with new carpets and furniture. As soon as I signed the contract, I was left with a place that falls well below a normal living standard, despite paying really high rent. It's almost 1 year and I've had to live with faulty lamps, wobbling chairs, broken blinds, doors, kitchen appliances and unhygienic carpets. The worst part of my experience was moving in and having to clean all the rut, dirt which must have been built up for years, and hoarded items left behind from previous tenants. Worst experience in the past 15 years living in London.

GoogleAleksandra looked after my sale immaculately from start to finish. After introducing a buyer, she tracked the process throughout. She liaised with all parties, keeping me informed and making sure there were no delays along the way, all this with good humour too. I would definitely highly recommend Aleksandra and John D Wood.

GoogleI have just moved into the second property I've rented from John D.Wood's Battersea office and cannot recommend them, or their lettings negotiator Layla Kelsey enough. Layla did everything in her power to ensure that both my moves and house hunt was as stress free as possible and went out of her way to accommodate me. She was kind, punctual and always in contact whenever needed. Having moved from abroad I cannot stress enough how comfortable she made this huge change for me. Wonderful team, you can't go wrong!

Armela has gone out of her way to help us with our tenancy even messaging us out of hours to help us. You would be lucky to have someone like Armela at the end of the phone if you ever had a concern.
