GoogleDo not let with this agent! At least the person I dealt with is totally unreliable and forgetfull (for example he called me to obtain a signed contract which I personally had delivered to his office 5 days ago), tricked me in a flat without bed (giving prior written confirmation over all phases that there would be a bed in the flat but tricking me because the final contract which just stated half furnished according to the inventory and I ended up sleeping on my sofa), pushy and unhelpful. Even on the day before handover the keys suddenly disappeared and reappeared, they kept to sets of keys and one of the flat keys I received was so poorly cut that I had task a locksmith to exchange the lock to get into the apartment. I'm an Expat and the head of marketing & CRM of a global corporation and I do understand process and people issues in services like lettings. But in this case I've tasked my legal department to check whether the company Faron Sutaria can be held accountible for the agent's lies and tricks.
