GoogleDealt with a man named Damien Saunders and whilst we didnt let with Faron Sutaria, I just wanted to let them know that he was professional, courteous and genuinely wanted to help. Offering me new places and giving a proper view on questions I asked him. Thank you for your help, great agent.

GoogleEverything went really smoothly for us with this agency, they found us a great flat really close to our school, the place was perfectly clean when we moved in, and they managed to give us the length of contract we needed, which was a huge relief for students like us who don't need a 12 months contract. The agents are really nice and everything was done really quickly. I hope I will get to find my next flat with this agency again !

GoogleFaron Sutaria's service is second to none. After viewing around 40 properties in 7 days from other time wasting estate agents showing your round everything that they had keys for, my patients were beginning to wear thin. Walking in Faron Sutaria I was greeted with friendly customer service from a gentleman called Damien who had a genuine interest in the exact type of property and price you are looking for. After giving all my requirements I was shown round 6 properties which were exactly what I was looking. They were all of excellent quality and value for money and from there I was spoilt for choice! After choosing our new place the paperwork was very straight forward and a pleasure to complete. The keys were ready to collect on time and the after sales service is also excellent with handy men happy to fix small repairs upon request. No time wasting, no fuss, a light at the end of the tunnel for people looking to rent properties in London Greg (West Kensington)

GoogleAfter searching for properties online for a few days after we moved from Australia, we came across Faron Sutaria's Fulham office by chance, and a lucky bit of chance it was. We dealt with Damien who demonstrated the utmost professionalism (whilst still being highly personable) and got us into our ideal dwelling within a matter of days with an equally friendly and accommodating landlord. Damien really listened to our requests and offered us suitable alternatives, but was never pushy or forceful. He was transparent throughout the whole process and made the task of relocating very easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Damien and the Faron Sutaria letting team to anybody looking to rent or let their property and will be sure to deal with them for all of our future real estate needs.

GoogleWe bought a flat in West Kensington and after dealing with local letting agents in West Kensington, as advised, and getting little feedback from them, we decided to go to Faron Sutaria Lettings in Fulham and were immediately reassured that they had tenants who were interested in the area,looking for a spacious 2 bedroom flat and within 2 days we had a firm offer at asking price from Faron Sutaria. I dealt with Blair and Tanya, who were absolutely superb and very efficient. The information and advice we were given was clear and concise and the letting contract was signed and delivered on time. I have recommended Faron Sutaria to many friends and they have equally been impressed.

GoogleSearching for a flat in London is never easy. You end up meeting dozens of lettings agents, and only a few of them stand out as truly professional. Damien Saunders at Faron Sutaria ended up being my local hero who took more than enough time to understand our needs and show us places that we would truly consider living in, not just everything in their portfolio. He is kind, patient, always available, and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a let in Fulham.

Not only did we find suitable and affordable accommodation within Fulham we were partnered with a responsible Landlord. GoogleMy wife and I spent roughly a month searching for a flat, ended up in contact with approximately 10-15 agents at various agencies and no one was nearly as impressive as Sam Pierotti at John D Wood. She was the hardest working, most thoughtful and personable agent, by far, and is probably the best agent we've ever worked with in our eight years in London. It was a absolute pleasure working with her. Tim Lawler was very attentive and helpful as well.

GoogleWe viewed a property through John D Wood & Co. Lettings in battersea and we where given excellent advice on how to secure the property which was exactly what we where looking for. Our offer was quickly accepted thanks to the hard work of the staff at the branch and we where moved in within a couple of days of putting down an offer, even though we had to change the terms of the agreement within these two days.
