I found nothing but professionalism & genuine desire to help all the way , very patient ( I was very demanding tenant). Excellent job by Andy and team during the negotiating , very flexible and honest. I truly respect the effort made. Also I should note something about the maintenance team , they are great I have few issues when I checked within days everything was fixed and I'm happy ever after I have been in the property now for about 5 months and I'm really happy and look forward to extend my time here for another year or even more as business permits. I recently let a studio flat through John D Wood & Co, specifically Jonathon Manto who not only showed me the property and answered all my questions during the leasing process but also made himself available after the lease was signed.
