GoogleAmazing service! My flatmates and I walked in to Faron Sutaria Lettings in Fulham looking for a flat to rent in the area. The welcome was very friendly and we were presented with three flats that met are needs perfectly. Damien ensured that the process went smoothly and that our offer would be accepted by the landlord. We got the keys to the flat only two days after!! I highly recommend this agency to anyone!

GoogleI found a fantastic home within one week since I arrived to the UK! I would like to thank Damien for being so professional, reliable and flexible. He was friendly and confident, prompt with all the paper work and never pushy like many other agents. The property maintenance is outstanding: Gerry, the property manager, is a very responsible, multi-skilled and kind man. It is so great to feel secure and backed-up now, to focus on work and family and fully enjoy London! I'd cordially recommend Faron Sutaria service to anyone who appreciates quality and comfort :)

GoogleNick Summerfield has been absolutely wonderful in showing me flats after flats. He not only is a very charming and helpful figure but also wonderfully astute and diligent at his job, guiding me along every step of the process - making the purchase go by incredibly smoothly.

GoogleIf you want an Estate Agent who defies ALL the stereotypes go to Tim Lawler at John D Wood in Chelsea. Charming, efficient, intelligent and totally CAN DO... I have a house in Chelsea which I have let for over 10 years and this is the first time I have actually worked with a Letting Agent whom I would both recommend, and remain loyal to.

GoogleGreat service! Very helpful! I contacted John D Wood to view a property that I had seen online. Even though that specific property was already let my agent Will Saunders arranged some other viewing for me the same week and I only had to see one apartment to find exactly what I was looking for. Will was also very helpful in setting everything up with the contract, payments etc. and was available for any questions. Thank you!

GoogleSamantha Pierotti found us our lovely rented flat in Chelsea and showed it to us before it went on the market. She made the whole process enjoyable and painless, and we were able to complete within a couple of days. She helped us negotiate various furnishings with the landlord and we would not hesitate to recommend her.

GoogleI've made viewings for so many different flats in London and have dealt with many different agents and agencies. Certainly Katie @ John D Wood is amongst the best. Not only her constant positive attitude that always comforted me and my wife but also the ways in which she understood what we wanted and accordingly arranged viewings of our possible preference make her one of the best in our opinion. Thanks Katie once again.

GoogleThis is a review of Anntonia Redding. Highest praises for professionalism, going out of her way to help a client, using all imaginative ways to solve a problem for a client. Very impressed, hope all the agents are like Anntonia!

GoogleIn one word 'Excellence' After poor service over the years from various estate agents in Bookham & Leatherhead, we stumbled across John D Wood & Co in Cobham. The service received is of a standard most unexpected and we would like to say a special thanks to James Mumford who is extremely helpful, professional & polite. All phone calls and emails have been responded to and in good time. We highly recommend this company Many Thanks Paul Bookham Taxis

GoogleA massive thank you to Jonathon Manto and the team at John D Wood. We received personalised and professional service all the way through with great attention to detail. My wife, daughter and I are really pleased in our new flat and thankful for the help we received.

GoogleMy husband and I recently rented a property through this agent. I have to say that we were very pleasantly surprised. After dealing with many letting agents in the past, John D Wood far surpass the competition for service, professionalism, and sincerity - a quality very hard to find in this business these days! Jonathon Manto looked after us every step of the way - a true professional. It did take time due to a very elaborate and inefficient referencing system used by the company. But Jonathon made sure that everything ran smoothly and did his utmost to ensure that everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Overally, we would recommend this company highly - why go anywhere else!

GoogleI was very very impressed with end to end service I received from the lettings team. Vatche and Edward kept in touch regularly and it's only down to their persistence that we put put our house with them to rent. My view was that if they worked as hard to sell our house as well as they did to get the instruction, then they would do a good job. Thankfully they did, our house let within a week or so of it being placed with them. Katy then did a wonderful job securing our tenants, who have since moved in without a hitch. I would happily recommend them to anyone in the Richmond or Kew area.

GoogleFinding myself needing a property at short notice I registered with every letting agent in Lymington and John D Wood - in particular Alex Evans was the only one to actively bother getting in touch with potential properties before posting on Rightmove. I would definitely recommend their services.

GoogleI have found JD Wood to be friendly and professional in assisting me to find a rental property; I have been dealing with Kat Mitchell, who seems to be well-informed of the local market and keen to find us something suitable.

GoogleAfter a long and difficult process of flat hunting, dealing with many agents, we found the services provided at John D Wood South Ken office far above the rest.
