GoogleIt was a pleasure dealing with Jonathon. He was very helpful in all aspects of arranging the tenancy for us, from showing us the property, negotiating with the Landlord, and giving excellent feedback, advising, and helping make our transition smoother by showing up when we needed to get a delivery of a bed in the new property.

GoogleJonathon was very keen on showing me the property in South Wimbledon quickly as it had just come available. He was very enthusiastic and professional during the viewing. He and Olivia did the paper work for the letting very quickly and we are thankful for that.

GoogleVery friendly service from Andy Packer. We didn't end up choosing a flat through John D Wood in the end, but they were positive and encouraging to help us find somewhere. We would consider looking at their properties again in the future.

GoogleI dealt with Andy Packer and the customer service I received was second to none. Everything was covered in thorough detail, and there was not a stone left unturned. When things were looking bleak he saw my rental through to the bitter end and found me the right tenant. Andy advised me on adjustments to were crucial in helping me advance with my rental. I could not be happier with the service.

GoogleI recently visited the Wimbledon office to look at property options. The Team have been really influential in giving their advice, being new to the area, their local knowledge has been a huge help. I have a much better idea of what to expect in terms of the time frames of managing the rental process (first let for us!!). We are still yet to source the right property as in no rush but Shoeni has kept in touch with new options that could suit. Really delighted with their commitment and hope to settle in Wimbledon in the near future with help from the JD Wood team!

GoogleI recently rented a property through the Wimbledon branch - I worked with Jonathon and Olivia, who within just 4 days of us finding a property we were interested in online, they got us in to see it, helped us with our offer letter, contacted the landlord and had the place taken off the market! Then within another 2 days had all the references and paperwork completed and ready. All with easy communication and quick response times. We have since been back into the property again to collect some measurements etc. and Jonathon came with a tape measure to help me out! I would highly recommend and would certainly work with these guys again!

GoogleWe worked with Andy Packer while looking for a suitable home for our family. it was a delight, very professional, reliable, extremely helpful and was constantly in touch. Overall was an amazing experience, we got a good house, the price was right. Looking for a house in London or relocating to the UK, John D Wood is the place to go, I bet they got a lot of Andy's who will sort you out. And YES i'll use John D Wood again and recommend them my family and friends. Big shout out to ANDY!!!

GoogleI had a very negative experience with John D Wood agency. They are not looking after the future tenant at all (they call "client" only the landlord) and for them it is normal to provide a flat in not good conditions just because it is not a new property. In my experience they are just looking for the money but have no interest in satisfying the request of the future tenant or provide a flat of high standards. Finally, please be advise that the pictures on the website are taken by professionals and, in my opinion, do not really show the real conditions of the place. I would really suggest to do not use them and refer to other agencies.

She took plenty of time to understand our needs and show us several different properties, including types we had not considered before, in areas we had not considered before. Though ultimately we found a property elsewhere, Jackie's assistance was invaluable in helping us to better understand our options, the areas that would be suitable for us, and what we were really looking for. We highly recommend Jackie, as she has an in-depth knowledge of Oxford and a willingness to spend time understanding and finding what's right for you!

Attention to detail is critical as there will always be a mismatch between what is possible and what the prospective tenant seeks.
