Great service and kind staff! Anntonia Redding was helpful and available on short terms, professional and quick answering emails. She found the perfect place for us and gave advices and explanations. I highly recommend this agency!!

This company is very easy to work with and have made a recent move a lot easier than it might have been. Frankie in particular was extremely helpful and proactive in chasing third parties who could have potentially slowed things down. Would definitely recommend and use again.

From first viewing through to completion and afterwards, Charles Packer was outstanding at keeping in touch, updating me as to progress from the vendor's side and passing on required information. He was always available on short notice, and resolved any issues I had within no time at all, making the process of buying run relatively smoothly. A great service!

Frankie Dickens from John D Wood was an absolute god sent when finding my (perfect) place. I fell inlove with the place and had to have it, my partner who was moving in with me dropped out less than a week before I had to put the deposit down. Frankie was so patient and kind when I was screaming and unsure what to do. She helped me out of hours and I found the two perfect roomates - (a day before). So lovely, kind and cool. Frankie made my first rental a real dream. Highly recommended !

I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the lettings team at this Cobham branch. They managed to find me a new tenant very quickly and answered my correspondence immediately. They were very helpful and accommodating even arranging a last minute check and clean at the property before the tenant moved in. I could not recommend them more for their service and kindness. They went above and beyond.

After another Cobham agency had failed to let a property for us, we invited John D Wood to have a go. They were quick to find candidate tenants and found a suitable tenant within a few weeks. Since them they have been managing the relationship with (excellent) tenants and have handled any teething issues enthusiastically, promptly and efficiently.

My partner and I recently took occupation of a lovely flat in Cobham. The flat was beautifully presented and we fell in love with it straight away. The support we received from the agent (Charlotte) and support staff (Rose) from John D Wood, was fantastic. Their process, their engagement and their assistance in completing all the necessary paperwork was tremendous. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for property (to buy or let) in this area and surrounds contact John D Wood in the first instance for first class service.

I am pleased to recommend John D Wood & Co. Lettings for everyone wanting a smooth and reliable service when it comes to finding your new home. Katy Thomas and Vatche Cherchian worked very hard and even helped us to finalise the paperwork while we were away on holidays. Their systems are certainly in place, electronic documents help transactions to run smoothly and the way agents work is a pure delight: very helpful, kind and ready to be at service. Friendly, efficient service. The agents were always helpful when I 'phoned to ask questions prior to renting the property. Kat Mitchell showed me around the properties which I had shortlisted. She could not have been more understanding of our needs and has really worked to accommodate these. The agents were also excellent when working at a geographical distance prior to the move. Since our move the kindness and professionalism has continued. Excellent all round service. Highly recommended.

Andy Packer epitomises John D Wood Lettings at Wimbledon Village. We had been looking around Wandsworth / Putney / Wimbledon Village since Oct 2013. We did strike the deal, almost in Jan 2014 .. Thanks to Andy's excellent understanding of our requirement. However, things did not happen on time since few things were not in anyone's control. Andy made sure, he gave us the required time till Aug 2014 and got us a much more beautiful flat in a much nice part of Wimbledon Village / Park. We would never have enjoyed the search had it not been for Andy's understanding of our requirement. We highly recommend Andy Packer of John D Wood for a stress free Search!
