GoogleIn one word, perfect. Newly arrived in Oxford, I had only one week to find a flat. I have been well received by Jacqueline who showed me the flat I rent. She didn't just rent the flat, she also facilitated my moving in in time and she accompanied me in the administratives steps. Thank you.

GoogleThe property management side of the business is good. I'm renting a property on which some recent work was done to the bathroom. JD Wood (Carol) was responsive and efficient in arranging the work, and the contractors they used also did a good job.

GoogleI dealt with Jacqueline (Jackie) Smith over the last few weeks to rent a property. She worked really hard with us to find a property and did find us the perfect property that ticked all the boxes. She is highly professional in her approach and friendly at the same time. It has been a pleassure communicating with her and would definately contact her again when it is time to find a new place.

GoogleMy wife and I have just sold our home of 10 years through John D Wood for the asking price and were very impressed by the way that Annie Crum handled the process from the initial offer to the completion of the sale, which took just 12 weeks. We were particularly grateful for the way in which Annie promoted the property when we put it back on the market before Easter, and for the being such a patient and effective ‘mediator’. All of the staff that we dealt with the Oxford office were extremely conscientious, did exactly what they agree to do, and were always outstandingly polite. We would highly recommend the Oxford office team, and Annie Crum in particular.

GoogleI can't thank enough the efforts that John D Wood in Notting Hill Gate made in order to sort out an accommodation for me and my son. The service provided by Will Warrington , Chantelle Springer-Daniels and Harriet Kapadia were simply outstanding . Will gave me full description of the property before I came for viewing and could understand all my needs, also showed confidence in what he was offering to me. In the middle of the whole process I had serious difficulties that would have made many estate agents give up . However Chantelle very kindly arranged a chat with the lovely landlord and thanks this approach and trust I am now living in a nice ,cozy and safe place . I highly recomend John D Wood and if I need to move again in future I will surely rely on this team again! (Will, Chantelle,Harriet with the admin ) Their human touch is to me the reason as to why they can diferenciate from all other Estate Agents :-) Priscila de Oliveira

GoogleWe rented our house through John D Wood &Co Oxford who handled the process with exceptional professionalism: they were fast, responsive and made sure everything goes smooth. Carol Errington and her team have showed that they value us as tenants, and have the same consideration for our temporary home as we do. They are also the ones managing the property and that has really changed our experience as tenants, as they made sure we don't have to worry about anything. In the scenario when repairs were needed, they were extremely prompt and accommodating! If we have to move again, we will definitely try to do it through them!

GoogleExcellent experience working with Shay who is easily the best estate agent I have encountered in London. He went out of his way to be available at all times on his mobile, often on weekends to manage the significantly challenging task of finding and securing a property for 5 young people, on a budget, flat sharing in the the West Kensington/Barons Court area. Always organised and very clear about what needs to be done to move forward. He also manages expectations well and keeps working towards the best possible solution whenever a problem surfaces.

GoogleWe have to say the level of service at this estate agent is above and beyond anything we have experienced before, absolute 10/10! The most helpful staff going, James helped us with everything we were concerned about from start to finish ensuring we were happy all the way through. Best of all we were struggling to get all our belongings to the top floor so James offered to meet us out of office hours to load all of ur things up the stairs to the 3rd floor. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

He was really helpful, answered all our questions and was honest with us. Everything was handled really professionally and no question was too small! Everyone at FS has been great, but massive thanks to James - you made it an easy experience and we would definitely use FS again!

GoogleDespite a very difficult market following Brexit, Toby was able to secure high quality tenants for my house in Fulham. Toby was extremely reliable, provided valuable assessment of the situation and constant communication. He went the extra mile to sort everything out making myself and the tenant very happy. The entire leasing process went very smoothly thanks to his great expertise, passion, and communication. I will recommend him and any other agent with Faron Sutaria's Fulham office over any other agency in the area and truly appreciate how everything was handled. Thanks for the great job

GoogleI have recently appointed Faron Sutaria to help us finding suitable tenants for our property. The service provided by James and Toby was exceptional. They are by far the best letting agents I have ever worked with. They are incredibly professional in managing the viewings, maintaining regular communication and keeping both my husband and I fully updated.
