GoogleExcellent customer service delivered with professionalism. I have used John D Wood for many years and I have nothing but praise for Kat, Trevor, Bonnie and Alex and the whole letting team. If I have a query its dealt with efficiently and promptly and always with a friendly smile. Nothing is too much trouble for this team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John D Wood as excellent letting agents in Lymington.

GoogleAlexandra Cheeseman was such a great broker to work with, especially for someone new to London. She was very patient with us as my husband and I had to make decisions from abroad and see properties separately. She did a great job of compiling properties that were exactly what we wanted, and in our price range. Alexandra was also so very professional. Before working with her, my husband and I reached out to a few other brokers whom either dropped the ball, inundated us with properties that didn't make sense for us, or did not follow up when asked. Alexandra was always prompt to respond, thorough and clearly cares a lot about her work. Not only did she help us find the right apartment, she also helped us after we signed our lease with questions we had about getting settled. We were lucky to find Alexandra!!

Alexandra C and Amy W from the South Kensington branch made my search for (and move into) my new home both structured, efficient and friendly from start to finish. I strongly recommending them to anyone who is considering a move and want to do it in the smoothest way without headaches or stress. They immediately sorted out any request or query that I have had, whilst keeping me in the loop meanwhile (even from going out of their way to find me exactly the sofa I want and ordering it, to remembering things I had mentioned during the flat viewing that I wanted to keep to make sure that I got it). This move was by far the most pleasant moving experience I have had over my many years in London. Thank you and keep up the great work!

After having a bad experience with other letting agent from another estate agency, I have to thank to William that he helped us to find a nice property with only a week before we were due to move in , he was very helpful and reliable! Estella got all the paperwork sorted quickly and efficiently. I couldn't thank them enough!!

Annabel was also very friendly and patient in showing us around the property we ended up renting. GoogleWe were very happy with all of the service provided by John D. Wood. First, they found great tenants for our house and managed the process of letting the house well since we were abroad. Then, as the tenancy was ending, they listed our house for sale and found a buyer within the first 6 weeks. They communicated very well throughout the process and made it all very easy for us. GoogleMy wife and I have been looking for a place to rent for a while using a number of different agencies. By far the best experience was with john D. Wood. The stock that they had on was by far the best quality that we saw and they manage the fine balance between owner and potential tenant well. James Mooney was our contact there and he worked his socks off for us - nothing was too much bother. James had a high sense of understanding of the generic market, and then on the smaller scale a decent understanding of the owners and their needs and requirements. John D Wood is well organised from the start of the process to the conclusion, they come across as fair to both parties and their staff are knowledgeable and professional whilst remaining very pleasant to deal with. Selling or renting I would advise this company certainly in the Chelsea/Fulham area
