Holly was very helpful and understanding. We haven't found the right property for us just yet unfortunately. However, we received a fantastic level of customer service.

An estate agency that listens! Professional, courteous and responsive. Particular shout out for genuinely charming Jack Thomas, who worked diligently for both parties in the sale.

Came to John D Wood with very little time to find a property and fairly specific requirements. Hollie was incredibly helpful and always happy to pick out properties to view. Would definitely recommend David

I have just completed on a sale through this branch and dealt with Simon Philp. I can honestly say that I would hesitate to recommend him. He was honest, diligent and incredibly calm throughout the sale and his help was incredible. A true gentleman and professional.

We recently exchanged our house through Simon Philp. The process involved some significant renovations from its ex rental condition and Simon advised what needed to be done in order to get the house sold as quickly as possible. He was spot on in suggestions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, diligent and polite. The whole process was remarkably easy and I would thoroughly recommend Simon and John D Wood.

John D Wood represented my parents in the sale of their house in Chiswick. As they don't live nearby, I interacted with Edward Hall and Euan Rollo during the sale. They were as professional, responsive, pro-active and eager to please as you would like (but not necessarily expect) from an estate agent. It was a multiple agent listing and we were not surprised that John D Wood rose to the occasion and brought in a serious buyer. They offered sound advice, helped fill in forms, facilitated negotiations with the buyer and communicated with our solicitor. Highly recommended.

Simon was always extremely professional and helpful. He had very good knowledge of the housing market in our neighbourhood, as well as understanding the implications of changes in the national market. He always responded promptly whenever we needed to discuss issues. We would recommend Simon and John D Wood to anyone.

Just used John D Wood to sell my property in Richmond. They priced the property sensibly and supported the sales process well from front to back. We got firm offers within a few weeks of going live and an offer which stuck within days of this. They are a friendly bunch and work hard. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone selling property in the area.

On Saturday afternoon we asked for further details on a flat. The young man on duty handed us a card, which gave fewer details than the Internet posting. We then asked him for an appointment to see the property. We asked for Monday, when the agency would reopen, suggesting 11.30am, and asking for a confirmation call from the FS branch, to let us whom we should be meeting and where. By 11am, we had received no confirmatory phone call, so we phoned them. The man who answered the phone said he had still to go through all the notes left to him over the weekend. He said there was no way he could come at the appointed time and asked if we wanted another appointment. There was no apology. Presumably, had we turned up at the appointed time, we'd still be waiting outside the front door. Our answer is this: the property is listed through Zoopla by other estate agents. Why should we continue to pursue it through Faron Sutaria? We would not recommend them for buying or selling.

Excellent profesional standings; and highly responsive. If you value your time like I do these guys are for you. Not cheap, but excellent service. Harriet in the back office is an absolute star and you can count 100% on Duncan to be your man on the street looking for deals. Absolutely recommend them.
