Wish i could give then a 0. Almost 18 months in a property and from move in to move out, maintenance issues were not fixed. I have wait over 2 months to receive our deposit back even though we filled out all the necessary docs straight away and there are no issues, it's just taken them 10 days to reply to emails with confirmations.... NEVER going to use them again.

Carlotta Plasencia was in charge of arranging the views of several studios and we were very pleased she managed to show us around 6 studios in one day because as we are both working is very hard to find a time when we are both available, so it was important that we saw several different studios in order to make a decision. Also great help she could talk to us in Spanish, so many questions were better answer thanks to her language skills.
