Very bad service. I won't use them again. I called on Friday ( 1st call after posting the apartment) to request a viewing as I was very interested and they booked me in for a viewing on Monday, then Monday the appointment was cancelled by John D Wood. Apparently they did not have the keys of the apartment and they were supposed to contact me once they would get them from the landlord. It was all very strange to me and my husband ( English speaker) called them to book an appointment without saying I was trying to book it before. The lady from the agency confirmed an appointment!! but I was still waiting for them to contact me. After two days I called them and they said that the apartment was already let!! How come? They did not cancel the appointment with my husband. In conclusion, I think they do not want any non English speakers clients. Very bad Service! Very disappointed!!

Yet again Alexandra and her team at the Richmond office have succeeded. They have secured all 3 tenants I have had vacancies for over the last 9 months. Always polite and communicative. I can highly recommend them.

This is the 5th property that John D Wood Richmond office have sold for me over the last 10 years. The reasons I use them is simple, the sale prices achieved, great local knowledge, market presents, and most importantly Jack and Edwards service is top class. Highly recommended.

Edward and Jack delivered a fantastic result on the sale of my home. I was selling from abroad and they called regularly, kept me updated and were very knowledgeable about the market. We had easy and open communications and it was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely recommend them - especially if you are selling from abroad.

Alexandra and her team worked together in a professional manner and secured tenants for our 2 bedroom flat. She offered us a double bed to help out as we were required to semi furnish the property with a quick turnaround. Great, service and team we were very happy.

This is a review from Avril Clark - Petersham. More local agents to my house advised me not to use John D Wood of Richmond for this letting, as they did not have sufficient presence in our area. They could not have been more wrong! Of the four agents whom I commissioned they were far and away the most productive; being the most professional, speedy and energetic. Within hours of taking them on, the first viewings were fixed, the photographer booked etc. etc. I was so impressed with Alexandra and all the team. She was incredibly obliging in all respects - both with the negotiation of our terms and her understanding of my particular circumstances. Within the first week, she had presented me with 2 equally attractive potential candidates whom it was hard to choose between. Here again, her advice was invaluable. By the end of the week, the deposit was lodged and credit checks were underway. I could not fault their service in any way, would certainly recommend them to all, and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Harriet Winfield is professional, smart and lovely to deal with. More importantly she listened to my strict criteria and managed to find me the perfect property with in a few days of it coming on the market. I can't thank her enough! Also Edward Hall and Jane Marshall are a great sales team, they always kept me informed and did a fantastic job selling my house. I would highly recommend this team

We have felt listened to and supported by Radi, our letting agent. Kind and available, he offered solution to complex issues. We thank him for this. However, we found the Homelet services intrusive and lacking of respect on individual 's choices of profession. Maybe not the best partner ever!
