GoogleThis agency gave us catastrophically poor service and demonstrated lack of coordination, expertise or care. For example during the viewing one of the agents just strolled into our house without ringing the doorbell, or knocking. When I confronted her she responded she only was asked to show the property and didn’t know anyone would be in (which in her mind shockingly granted her the right to use they keys without knocking or ringing). The fact that makes it even worse we didn’t realise they held keys to our property. Another shocking incident was when one of the potential tenants turned up without a mask in August 2020 and the letting agent declared that because the visitor doesn’t have symptoms that makes it fine for him to be without a face covering while her and me should keep our masks on. I ended up giving him my own mask. Now that I am writing this I really think I should have turned this viewing down, as disrespect I felt at that moment and lack of professionalism and care on behalf of the agency was just outrageous. Finally when moving out I specifically called the leading agent and asked whether the tenants would be interested in purchasing any of our furniture just as we did when we moved in (given the flat came unfurnished) to which the agent replied straight immediately without checking with the tenants she was certain these tenants wouldn’t want any of our furniture. All this was said only to get a call from the same agent the following week asking whether we would be interested to sell that same furniture to the new tenants. I am furious, it is astonishing to think estate agents can be this bad.

GoogleHaving worked with John D Wood now for 2 moves within the Kensington area, I can say that they are a delight to work with. We've viewed and searched with many of the agents in the area but JDW was by far the most professional, most diligent and overall just kind. Specifically Katherine went above and beyond with our last rental. Doing many viewings separately for me and my husband, contacting us consistently about any potential openings she thought might fit our needs and when we were ready to make offers she was readily available and worked her magic to make our dream place ours! GoogleWhile dealing with a few estate agencies simultaneously it was clear who's at the forefront. Morgan was very professional, organised and controlled the whole process while showing strong communication skills, not to mention results. The flat was rented. Keep up with great work 👍🏻

GoogleAs a reluctant landlord renting out his own home, I was initially considering going agency-free, but have been won over by the John D Wood Wimbledon lettings team. GoogleWe are happy with the service provided. Nicole was very helpful and friendly. They could be more prompt in preparing the tenancy agreement, amending it and preparing the flat prior to the move but some delays are expected. Good professionals overall.

GoogleWe were very impressed by the John D Wood team, both Adrian and Alexandra were professional and quick to respond to requests. Whilst we had c.30 viewings in the first few weeks, the ultimate buyer of our property was sourced from their marketing of another property near ours, and a last minute viewing was decided upon when the buyers stated they wanted a property more similar to our own. This is only possible when you have a good volume of properties in a local area and an informed team. Given this fact, their professional conduct and responsive approach I would recommend them to anyone selling in the Parsons Green/Putney Bridge area.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleSnotty estate agents. Refused a viewing on a property, despite ringing as soon as it was listed. It comes to something when two educated professionals cannot even get a viewing on a property, as an estate agent deems us unsuitable. We would likely have been willing to put in a competitive offer, above the asking price listed. References and guarantor could have been provided, as well as full payment upfront. We understand the need to vet potential tenants, but this approach simply reeks of hoity-toity middle England.NegativeProfessionalism
