GoogleRupert Simmonds has been a Godsend! He's polite, smart, well-mannered, industrious, helpful, and has gone above and beyond the call of duty. He helped me find my tenants two years ago at my asking price, and then when my flat was ruined in the flash floods in August 2021 he stepped up tremendously and helped field the insurance company, the contractors, and the tenants, even though it was not his responsibility or job description. I am based in New York so it would have been impossible to navigate this crisis without him. He's been recently promoted to a much higher position, and I'm so glad the company is recognising his formidable talents.

GoogleWorst client service ever. They manage the flat I live in and every time you call them is like if you were asking them for a favour. Incredibly slow in responding to problems and many times, the people they send make things worst.

GoogleThis agency is totally incompetent. I have only experienced problems with them. Worse, they are thieves and they rent unsanitary properties. I'm very surprised by the positive comments, certainly fake, just run away.
