GoogleDoes anyone ever have anything nice to say about 'Estate Agents'? No, me neither until I discovered John D Wood & Co. I feel cared for, valued and respected as a tenant, rather than ignored, dismissed and like a transaction - not a human. Laura and the team, thank you for breaking the stereotype.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI just completed the purchase of my first house, Jane Marshall and Simon, was professional and cheerful. Agree with other commend, I believe Simon and Jane were instrumental in helping with a rapid turnaround and completion of the purchase. The house is a probate house, the processing is long and they helped keep tracking every steps, and report to buyer on time. Amazing fast report to every questions. I highly recommend John D Wood.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolute delight working with them. They helped us get our first flat on rent when we had freshly moved to the UK. They were very helpful with the flat maintenance and any requests we had for appliance repair during our stay. Laura from their team topped all this recently by returning us a month's rent that we had overpaid a little more than 3 years ago! Thanks for all this and wish other estate agencies could be as good and honest like them!
Many thanks for your outstanding comments and 5* review. Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleReally attentive and personalised service. Georgia and Brooke were always available contactable and prepared to engage with every detail of my property sale. Everything from sitting in the property for hours while a plumber inspected to turning up early in the day to air the house out. Also went on to purchase a property with them too and the same attention to detail .. chasing lenders/sellers/conveyancers. Huge thankyou guys !!
