The agent (Samantha Rogers) was quite rude - she started acting like we were late to a viewing even though we arrived 2 minutes early. Seemed to be on edge and ignored my messages inquiring more information on the property. Did not even bother replying when I asked if property was taken or not so I could move on to search for others.

This is a 5 star appreciation of a superb lettings management expert Sardar Berzo. I had been managing my flat let by JDW myself over the past few years while also looking after my full time job as a surgeon in the NHS. I was advised to hand over the responsibility to the management team and Sardar was charged to look after my flat. I have nothing but high praise for this hard worker. He is polite, professional and competent. Most importantly, his communication skills are exceptional and he goes that extra mile. This is a review for Sardar Berzo. I cannot speak highly enough of Sardar. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, cares and get things done. Yesterday we had a problem with our boiler, Sardar had it sorted and an engineer with us in less than 24 hours. He goes the extra mile to get the problem resolved, and will call to find out if everything is all right with us and the property. Sardar is a gentleman, so kind, caring and respectful. He is so enthusiastic about his work and doing the absolute best for his clients. It is a pleasure to contact Sardar with any issues related to the property, knowing that he will genuinely do his best to sort it out. Since moving to this property three years ago, managed by estate agents John D Wood, we have had 4 different property managers. The first three were absolutely disastrous, incompetent, inattentive, and had definitely not got our interests at heart; they didn't care. In one case we waited 7 months to have a leaking shower repaired, and in another case we waited 6 weeks to have the oven repaired. The landlord told us he had decided to leave JD Wood estate agents because of the dreadful service. It was Sardar who changed his mind. The landlord was very impressed with his professionalism, competency to manage the property, and the service he gave. Thank you Sardar for being there for us.

Really bad experience with Alex Oppenheim and Victoria Richards from the sales team at John D Wood Battersea. They were (or may still be) selling the property of Alex’s brother in Berber Road, Clapham. They made us waste a lot of money and time for about 9 months from the time we were ready to exchange with one disingenuous excuse after another. Feel free to PM for more details, but in essence we recommend to avoid if you can. Unprofessional.

Awful experience with an estate agent requested a survey for a property. They could not comprehend the difference between a specific structural report and a general structural report. We explained to the agent the difference between the two reports. We submitted the report which seems to be adequate for their lenders nevertheless they requested extra work without willing to pay for it. We have covered everything requested on the RICS survey nevertheless the agent requested extra work without acknowledge reasoning behind it as it was not required in relation to what was requested t be inspected from other professionals. Avoid this scam of Agent.
