GoogleTerence Gaw at John D Wood handled the sale of my flat & went above & beyond to help get it to exchange. Always professional, helpful with advice and proactive in chasing information needed. The last week getting to exchange was pretty stressful & Terence's professional & positive communication between myself & my buyers made all the difference. Terence also provided me with some much needed stress relief laughter along the way. I can highly recommend John D Wood & Terence.

GoogleI am extremely satisfied with the service provided by John D Wood! Especially, I want to commend the agent who assisted me, Milli Vallance. Not only did she help me find my dream rental property, but she was also incredibly prompt in responding to my messages. Milli patiently handled all my rental inquiries with a friendly attitude. I feel fortunate to have come across such a remarkable agent and I highly recommend her to everyone! It had been nearly half a year since I started my house hunt, and I couldn't find the perfect place until Milli Vallance efficiently secured my favorite house. I am incredibly grateful to her. To Milli's manager, if you happen to see this, please consider giving her a raise (hahaha, she truly deserves it)! Lastly, I sincerely wish John D Wood and Milli all the best and continued success.

GoogleI began renting my flat with John D. Wood, Fulham Road, in 2010. I live in Edinburgh, so it was important for me to have good management and choice of tenants. In both these areas they have been exceptional. They dealt promptly with any issues. In particular the management of Eduard Popa and Stephen English have been first class. I decided to sell the flat this April. Huw Jones has been in charge, and once again his service has been first class. A number of people looked at the flat, I selected a buyer, and we conclude next week. my compliments to the professionalism I received which ensured a very satisfactory outcome.

GoogleSelling/Buying a home is always a very stressful experience but from start to finish, our sale was relatively smooth, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John D Wood, Lymington. Our buyer was particularly difficult to deal with but in true professional spirit, everyone in the Lymington office did their very best to get the sale over the line. GoogleI spoke with Eddie for a flat just come on the market, he said he will contact tenant for access after waiting 1 day never heard back in fact I called back 3 times in a space of 2 days, I was really disappointed to find out that his colleague has managed to get people into the flat and accept offers. This is very disappointing he took too long trying to get access while his colleague managed to do so and let the apartment. He didn’t even know that the flat was Let afterwards, I had to find out on Zoopla that the flat was Let. As an agent you need to be on the ball, unfortunately I had an agent who didn’t.

GoogleProfessional, efficient resourceful and caring, Sardar Berzo. The best Property Manager I've met! Have been a tenant of JDW for over 5 years now, the others were good but he is definately the best. When the front doors both stuck one Friday, He had the man there Saturday morning to deal with the problem. when a plumber left me without a boiler one Friday afternoon too late to get the part for the repair, one came on the Saturday to finish the job! Thank you Sardar!

GoogleMs. Crocker Head of Lettings is not to be trusted her dubious nature when and lack of detail when presenting tenants is questionable. Trying to force clients to accept tenants without full references, sharp sales practices are a worry for this agency.
