GoogleUsed Andrew Topping to sell my house after two previous attempts (using a different firm) failed at the exchange stage. I decided on the Modern Auction method to speed up and make more certain the sales process. Apart from some internal regulatory delays the process was good and, despite the need to make a price reduction (my decision), achieved my desired outcome. The Modern Auction method is not cheap but I was pleased at the outcome. Andrew and his colleagues were accessible and supportive. I would definitely use John D Wood (and Andrew) again.
