This is a 5 star appreciation of a superb lettings management expert Sardar Berzo. I had been managing my flat let by JDW myself over the past few years while also looking after my full time job as a surgeon in the NHS. I was advised to hand over the responsibility to the management team and Sardar was charged to look after my flat. I have nothing but high praise for this hard worker. He is polite, professional and competent. Most importantly, his communication skills are exceptional and he goes that extra mile. He reduced the stress managing the flat was causing me and calls me for a catch up on his own initiative from time to time. I strongly recommend his work. He’s an asset to any organisation he wishes to work in.

This is a review for Sardar Berzo. I cannot speak highly enough of Sardar. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, cares and get things done. Yesterday we had a problem with our boiler, Sardar had it sorted and an engineer with us in less than 24 hours. He goes the extra mile to get the problem resolved, and will call to find out if everything is all right with us and the property. Sardar is a gentleman, so kind, caring and respectful. He is so enthusiastic about his work and doing the absolute best for his clients. It is a pleasure to contact Sardar with any issues related to the property, knowing that he will genuinely do his best to sort it out. Since moving to this property three years ago, managed by estate agents John D Wood, we have had 4 different property managers. The first three were absolutely disastrous, incompetent, inattentive, and had definitely not got our interests at heart; they didn't care. In one case we waited 7 months to have a leaking shower repaired, and in another case we waited 6 weeks to have the oven repaired. The landlord told us he had decided to leave JD Wood estate agents because of the dreadful service. It was Sardar who changed his mind. The landlord was very impressed with his professionalism, competency to manage the property, and the service he gave. Thank you Sardar for being there for us.

Not only did she help me find my dream rental property, but she was also incredibly prompt in responding to my messages. Milli patiently handled all my rental inquiries with a friendly attitude. I spoke with Eddie for a flat just come on the market, he said he will contact tenant for access after waiting 1 day never heard back in fact I called back 3 times in a space of 2 days, I was really disappointed to find out that his colleague has managed to get people into the flat and accept offers. This is very disappointing he took too long trying to get access while his colleague managed to do so and let the apartment. He didn’t even know that the flat was Let afterwards, I had to find out on Zoopla that the flat was Let. As an agent you need to be on the ball, unfortunately I had an agent who didn’t.

Ms. Crocker Head of Lettings is not to be trusted her dubious nature when and lack of detail when presenting tenants is questionable. Trying to force clients to accept tenants without full references, sharp sales practices are a worry for this agency.
