GoogleHad a great experience with Rosie McCarthy from the team in Battersea. Rosie was helpful and professional in supporting my partner and I find a rental property after recently relocating from overseas. Insightful and proactive comms, highly recommend.

GoogleRented and managed my flat for 10 years but are now embarrassingly bad - left it empty for a month in this market, Forgot to send the check out report or a cleaner for 2 weeks when the previous tenant left the place in a mess and even showed it dirty, charged me twice on a gas cert and their fees when they did rent it. I switched to an independent prop manager whos discovered loads of things to improve that JDW never even mentioned. JDW wont be renting my flat again next year.

GoogleJoshua Mugume was extremely helpful and kind and understood well my needs when he showed me the flat that I ended up renting. He explained to me all details, answered all my questions and followed up in a very punctual way throughout the whole offering process. Renting a flat can be very stressful and overwhelming especially when you are close to your move in date and you need to finalise all bits and pieces and Joshua managed to make this process much smoother. Thank you for everything.

GoogleRarely would I recommend a letting agent, but John D. Wood, more specifically Rosie McCarthy, is such a gem. Looking for properties in London is no easy feat but Rosie made the whole process enjoyable from start to finish. She adapted to my style and timeline so effortlessly that I put my full trust in her. She found me the perfect place and handled all the logistics so that I had didn’t have anything extra to worry about. Rosie made the whole process a breeze and I could not recommend her enough.

GoogleAfter a painful multi-month process of trying to find a flat in London and being subject to the highly impersonal and indifferent approach taken by the majority of the agents we dealt with, John D. Wood - and specifically the wonderful Rosie McCarthy - came to the rescue. They have been brilliant in getting us into what is our dream flat and we could not be happier. We feel really looked after by the company and by Rosie, and highly recommend her and John D. Wood if you are trying to find a property in the areas they cover. GooglePoor communication with these people, always had to chase even for the most minor information. Constant emails being ignored and phone calls not being returned. Moving house is a stressful enough experience without your estate agent letting you down on top of it. Not a happy experience.

GoogleI lost 4 moths and 7k in fees because of misrepresentation. They fail to ask or choose to hide basic facts prior to listing a property causing a lot avoidable stress when you work with the right agent.This is fraud in the name of business Buyer be aware! Stay away.
