We recently had the pleasure of working with Jessie at John D. Wood to find our first flat in London, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first (of a few different) showings throughout signing for our flat, every single person we worked with at John D. I spoke with Eddie for a flat just come on the market, he said he will contact tenant for access after waiting 1 day never heard back in fact I called back 3 times in a space of 2 days, I was really disappointed to find out that his colleague has managed to get people into the flat and accept offers. This is very disappointing he took too long trying to get access while his colleague managed to do so and let the apartment. He didn’t even know that the flat was Let afterwards, I had to find out on Zoopla that the flat was Let. As an agent you need to be on the ball, unfortunately I had an agent who didn’t.
