They have a fully incompetent agent called Bertie who failed n every level and as a result I lost a dream property. I’ve never found anything close to it ever since and suffering in silence. Instead of supporting me they blocked me after I complained and never made an effort to help.

We have been renting out our house for a very long time and our most recent experience of finding and preparing for new tenants has been the best by far. Katherine and Sardar at the St Margaret’s office proved hugely valuable guides to what was needed at each stage. Katherine steered us expertly from the initial marketing through all the legal and regulatory requirements for the new tenancy (they seem to change every time!) to the final move-in. Meanwhile Sardar pulled out all the stops to get the house refurbished in time for the move-in date. In just a few weeks, he identified available contractors, arranged quotes for work, oversaw progress, and ensured the house was ready on time. Both Sardar and Katherine were excellent at keeping us informed of each new development. Crucially, they were also easy to reach when we needed additional help and advice. They each brought their own high standards and expertise to bear on the making of this tenancy and we have been very pleased with the result.

By far the best experience we have had with an estate agent to rent out our flat in years. Louna was absolutely incredible - professional, organised, responsive and a total delight to deal with. We chose her after she and another agent valued a flat for us. The other agent was very pushy and money-grabbing whereas Louna gave a very fair and realistic price for the flat and was totally honest with us. She was very sensitive with our existing tenant regarding show-rounds as the tenant had health issues. She sensed when something wasn't right with one potential tenant and wisely acted on this. She helped with finding cleaners, inventory clerks etc and organised everything beautifully so that the new tenancy was as smooth as it could possibly be. We have a lovely new tenant now thanks to Louna. I couldn't recommend her and Julia more highly.
