We were in constant communication with Jane and Simon throughout in order to keep the process moving smoothly. We were pleased that they were both attentive and happy to assist with all requests for property visits and surveys all the way to completion which helped make a sometimes tricky process, easy and stress free.

GoogleSimon and Jane were absolutely brilliant when we needed to sell Mum's flat. The sale wasn't that straightforward at all - they were tireless, positive and made the whole process a lot easier. I can't recommend them both enough and Jane has to have an extra mention for constantly going above and beyond expectation day in and day out - she was an absolute star. GoogleNot that I have been purchasing homes left and right, I had a lot of experience by now from interacting with estate agents. The amount of detail Wai Yee was able to relay about the historical property is simply amazing. Although the property itself was amazing from the first sight, Wai's introduction was a big part of finding our home. He was involved in every step of the process, very professional, keen on helping both sides equally and remaining fair to both seller and us at the same time. GoogleHaving decided to sell our home of nearly 28 years, we went with John D Wood and have been delighted with them. From the first visit by Molly Derbyshire, the service we received was always exemplary. The house was only on the market for approximately a month before we accepted an offer. From there we moved to exchange and complete in approximately 6 weeks. Throughout the period we had thoroughly professional and courteous assistance from Jamie and Adrian and could not have asked for more. Jamie in particular deserves specific mention for his humour and patience but the team in general at the Parsons Green office have been truly superb throughout!

GoogleJust moved in to rented accommodation, a process that was made extremely easy by the very helpful, Scarlett. Enquired one evening, had a call the next day and then a viewing the following day. We had lots of questions and Scarlett was there at all times to answer them. Scarlett kept us in the loop throughout the process and even after moving in she checked in daily. Highly recommend JDW going forward. We mentioned we would be looking to eventually buy and even then Scarlett was able to provide some assistance. GoogleSam Rogers from the South Ken office was absolutely stellar and one of the best agents I have ever worked with. She helped us manage a very complex situation with very challenging timelines with great amounts of flexibility and professionalism. She truly went above and beyond in dedication, effort and brainpower, and she was always a positive presence and influence to all involved. Unlike so many other estate agents, I could really tell she cared about finding the right home for us, not just about scoring another deal. This was a very unusual situation and we ended up not going forward with the rental because of external circumstances, but Sam's immense support was ever so appreciated. When we start looking again, I will certainly be going back to JDW for the quality of their properties and to Sam for the quality of her work and I would gladlyand wholeheartedly recommend them.
