Horrific experience with Victoria Richards, who was incredibly rude throughout our communications. We are unsure if she even presented our offer to the sellers as she kept saying "I'm not giving the flat to you, I'm giving it to someone else", which is at best -negligence and at worst - illegal. Fraudulent behaviour - avoid.

I entered into a tenancy after being repeatedly assured by Paris Merico (both in writing and verbally) that it was at a minimum a one-year agreement, only to later discover, via the landlord himself, that he had clearly informed the agency he is going to need the flat back after six months. This critical information was withheld from me, leading to significant emotional distress, wasted time, and logistical disruption. I would never have taken the flat under these conditions, especially knowing how many short-let options exist in London that are transparent and fully equipped. Even getting basic services like Wi-Fi set up took six weeks, something I tolerated only because I believed I was settling into a long-term home. This was a deliberate act of misrepresentation for the sake of securing commission. Tenants deserve honesty, not misleading assurances that result in costly upheaval.
