Incredibly attentive service from everyone. I have a property that has been let by H & W for 5 years and every time I have changed tenants they have found a new occupier very quickly and made all the arrangements efficiently. All staff both on sales and lettings care greatly and go beyond what is required of them to help. They are totally reliable and have my full trust !

Renting made easy

Hythe and Waterside have been excellent throughout my time renting my flat with them. Communication is easy, efficient and any issues are solved quickly. Enjoyable holiday let at 11 Sir Christopher’s court Hythe

I have booked with Hythe and Waterside many times through there subsidiary Holi-let’s when looking for short term holiday let’s. I have hasd contact with many of the team and found them to be helpful and courteous. On this occasion we were staying at 11 Sir Christopher court on a weeks holiday. The booking was easy and the staff were helpful when I contacted them with a few queries. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and look forward to returning.

We cannot fault the service that we have received from start to finish. Richard was fantastic and helped with all questions that we had - nothing was too much of an ask. He kept us regularly updated on the whole process of our first house purchase and even answered questions we had about the property when applying for our insurance. I'm extremely happy with the service provided by H&W. Due to a sudden change in jobs, I had to move to Portsmouth as quickly and as seamlessly as possible, and the H&W team made this as hassle-free as possible considering the time of year (Christmas time) and very tight turnaround for viewing and moving into a property. I would especially like to thank Tina and Caroline for their friendliness and dedication to helping me through what could have been a very stressful 4-5 weeks, and for dealing with my many email and telephone queries with friendliness and patience. I am a first time renter, and I felt I was in safe hands from start to finish. Recommended!
