Good after sales service - had used an online estate agent previously but badly let down with the negotiations after the actual 'sale' had been made - something that most people aren't aware of when selling as they think it is getting the buyer in the first place as being the issue, not the need to keep all parties informed and happy as the sale progresses towards its conclusion.

We have just bought our first house through Hythe & Waterside and I honestly can’t thank them enough for all they have done to help us. Being first time buyers we were nervous and unsure of the process. Both Jack and Richard have been amazing! Very professional, really friendly and always made us feel welcome. The process from start to finish has been so smooth and really put us at ease. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy/rent/sell with confidence. We will definitely use Hythe & Waterside in the future.

We love you guys, you are personable and approachable. You put a lot of effort in to selling our properties and did your best to keep us fully informed.Only slight criticism - you occasionally muddled up who was legally selling each property and occasionally sent info to wrong lead communicator.Would recommend you every time though

The team at Hythe & Waterside have been amazing. They are always happy to speak on the phone, even if you phone regularly. They have given us invaluable advice when putting initial bids in for houses and pushed the chain along on both ends. They went above and beyond to make things happen in our complicated chain and were very supportive throughout. I would recommend going with them 100 per cent!

HWL has acted as my lettings agent for a BTL property on the Waterside since 2006 in which it has been fully let with minimal void periods. The first two tenants stayed for 6 years each. HWL has regularly inspected our property and dealt with any repairs in an efficient manner; it has an excellent network of contractors. HWL's accounting is prompt accurate and efficient. All matters are dealt with promptly by their efficient team.

GoogleMy Waterside property has been let through Hythe & Waterside Estate & Lettings Agents ("HWELA") since 2006. HWELA has always found excellent tenants and at the time of writing I have only had void period lasting circa 1 month or so. I have found HWELA to be very efficient and competent in dealing with my property and my tenants. It has a broad team who I have found to be professional and businesslike. I would not have any hesitation in recommending HWELA to other landlords.
