Wayne came and viewed our property, listened to what we had to say, produced an extremely professional brochure and, despite local difficulties, sold it.All the time they kept us informed about what was going on and managed all aspects of the sale.Never in your face and always friendly.

we've moved house 4 time in the past 6 years and done two rentals on top! Hythe & Waterside in my opinion are in my opinion are easiest Hythe's most prominent and proactive Estate Agents on bother the sales and rentals (we've done both with them). If you are selling seek out Wayne, the guy has a gift!

We sold and bought through Hythe and Waterside Estate agents. Very easy process, and our own house was sold within 10 days, via an open house for more than the asking price. Would thoroughly recommend and use again, although we don't intend to move for a long time now!
