The property we have purchased through Hythe and Waterside was recommended to us for a viewing by Richard before the property was even marketed. He had obviously listened to what we were looking for as we made an offer then and there.Richard and Wayne were fantastic throughout the process with no question too big or small. Wayne and his team are great! Very friendly, and not the "A typical" estate agent. They have fantastic knowledge of the area and talk you through everything from start to finish. They sold my house in 5 days and from the moment I contacted them to exchange of contracts they were always there to answer any questions I had, and assist in any way.
