Carina showed us a property today. Carina was exceptionally professional but with a personal and friendly touch. She is fun with a great sense of humour. I recently returned to the UK in order to search for a property in Great Yarmouth, I contacted Howards who assigned Reece Edwards-King to me. Reece dealt with my inquiry very diligently and in the space of 7 days Reece sent me a list of properties that were within my criteria, he arranged, attended and personally took me around 7 properties, unfortunately none of these were suitable. Howards have been managing our rental property for a few years now and when we needed to find new tenants recently, they didn’t disappoint. Very poor communication. Take a key for your property but don’t inform you of viewings that are taking place. Spoken to in a sarcastic manner. Breach confidentiality by sharing personal information. Block your phone number when you make a complaint.
