GoogleHowards rock!! I have been lucky enough to deal with Howards for the past 4 years and during this time i have rented, bought and sold properties, dealt with recalcitrant, and not always easy tenants. BUT the entire staff of Lowestoft office staff are magnificent. Nothing is too much trouble, they deal with queries and problems without batting an eyelid as to what they may do. Their focus is customer satisfaction. I have total faith in their ability to deal without question, anything which may arise. The leadership by Mike Smith is impeccable and he sets the standard by example. Professionalism, a sense of humour and a can do approach wins the day for me. Why deal with anyone less than the best?????????????

GoogleI would definitely recommend Charlotte at Howard’s. My house sold basically within a 2 or 3 working days of being on the market. I even had a viewing booked before house went on the market. It also happens the hiouse I’m buying is with Howard’s and is going very smooth, excellent communication from Charlotte. Thanks x

GoogleI would like to extend massive thanks to Charlotte Smith at Howards for making the whole process smooth and keeping all elements of the chain in tact. She kept everyone informed as to what was going on and I really would not hesitate to recommend her in regard to dealing with your property sale or purchase. A consummate professional! The same must be said for Vikki Buskell who works in-house for Just Mortgages. She saved the sale and purchase of my house when all looked lost and I was not able to secure a mortgage elsewhere. She worked so efficiently and quickly I had a mortgage within 7 days. Again, I could not recommend this lady more highly.

GoogleMy boyfriend and I are in the process of purchasing our first house and were very apprehensive and didn't know what to do or what to expect. We found the perfect house through Howards estate agents and met with Charlotte Smith, who took us around the house, showed and explained everything we needed to know and what to do next. She was amazing and we couldn't thank her enough for helping us through the process. We are now buying the house and Charlotte has helped us get in touch with the right people to make it happen. She has always been available to get hold of for every question, big or small. We can't thank her enough and hope all your staff are as helpful as she is.
