Swift correspondence and proffessional, friendly conduct through-out - something that other rental agents I've dealt with in the past have been missing. Rachel and Rosie in particular have been amazing and generally faultless - I couldn't recommend them more :)

GoogleHaving been Landlords for twenty years, I have always been extremely happy to use Howards Estate Agents, Gorleston for all my rental agreements and management. The rental team at Gorleston are a excellent professional outfit, I could not wish for more. They are always ready to help, advise and manage in such an efficient and friendly way. Having a portfolio of properties there are many issues arising and I can always be assured they will deal with all events in their usual FIRST CLASS way. Rachel and Jackie have always looked after me so superbly since I have been with Howards and it is lovely to be so confident they will sort all matters in relation to our rentals, and with the rest of their excellent team, Rosie, Lynne and Sarah I know they will go the extra mile for me to keep everything running smoothly. GoogleAfter a frustrating experience with another agent it was good to deal with a whole team we could have confidence in. Whoever we dealt with clearly knew what they were doing and did what they said they would. Negotiations were conducted calmly, efficiently and without fuss. Follow up once sold was excellent - keeping track of the process, helping it along and keeping us informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Howards in Gorleston.

GoogleStuart and his team provided a highly professional service with honest advice and local knowledge. Stuart took the time to listen and explain things to my grandparents on their house sale (their first in 42 years), he put them at ease and made them feel as if nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

GoogleAfter a bad experience with William h brown, Howards really stepped up and listened to us as customers and valued us as customers also. I would definitely recommend Howards to anyone. Within a day being in the market we had viewings! Massive thank you to dan and Sophie amazing customer care and service. GoogleWhen meeting Stuart for the first time he gave an assurance that he would look after every aspect of our move. Stuart and his team delivered and then some. We were treated with compassion and sincerity regardless of our request. Stuart, Bobbi and Sophie were always willing to help and pulled out all the stops to help us achieve an early exchange. GoogleI currently rent my house out through Howard's and I have been amazed by the service they do. They make sure everything's ok, undertake thorough inspections, and let me know straight away when there's a problem. When it came to renting out my house, Stuart came round to value it and explained how the process of renting a house out would be. This made me feel at ease and comfortable knowing my house is in good hands with Stuart and his team and will always recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent through Howard's. GoogleBeen around a few estate agents recently due to me and my partner looking for our first home. Howard’s have been nothing but helpful throughout our process and are definitely the best around. Sophie has been extremely helpful and you can tell she is highly skilled within her job role. We have now been to see their mortgage advisor joe in store who is in the process of sorting out our agreement in principle and then hopefully we will be all set to buy our first home. TrustpilotMake buying a house hard
Tried to view 3 different properties that we were very interested in. The first we got a call to say there was a problem with the footings but despite the fact that we are in a position to make repairs this was not established by them and no viewing offered. The second time, we asked for an appointment but heard no more. The third time we were told the vendor would show us around, we turned up 5 minutes early but no one showed. Called them to be told they were sending someone to show us around. No one turned up so we rang and cancelled as it was a hot day and standing around outside was too much. Then received a call to ask why we had not turned up. Incredible inefficiency and lack of communication. Hoping the next house we like is up with a different agent.

They are all so friendly and knowledgeable and we can not recommend them high enough, so pleased we met Janette at an open house and agreed to have her come and view ours!
