GoogleSo grateful to Strachen this morning - I rang before 9 in a panic as a leaking toilet was ruining the laminate flooring. He got back to me in 20 mins after hunting down a plumber who could actually come! The toilet was fixed by 11.30am (plumber said it was tricky & 'about to go'). Strachen's prompt & diligent effort made all the difference, both to me & the state of the bathroom - which is now thankfully drying out. Thanks a lot!
