GoogleUnfortunately we didn’t sell our house through Howard’s however we did purchase a property through them and can honestly say we received the most amazing care from Amy at Lowestoft. No matter how many emails I sent regarding queries she would get the answer every time and respond within hours. Couldn’t fault the service received and would definitely recommend Amy. Without Amy’s help we wouldn’t be moving into our dream home. Me and my family are forever grateful to you, she’s an asset to the Lowestoft branch ⭐️⭐️

GoogleFrom the get go my partner and I have dealt with Maddy and it was a bit of a whirlwind from my partner spotting the home we wanted online to quickly getting a viewing organised and subsequently getting our offer agreed. GoogleI enquired about renting a property in Gorleston and was amazed at the efficiency of Amy Kemp. She helped reassure me as i am someone relatively new to renting. After my initial enquiry and completion of form within a few days I was offered a chance to rent the property. Amy arranged to meet me at the property. I found her professional, genuine, caring with a sense of humour. A great ambassador for Howard's. Although I didn't rent the property, I would be very happy to use Howard's lettings again and would feel confident and comfortable should Amy be dealing with my enquiry. Well done Howard's and well done Amy too. Overall great service.
