After months looking for a property and many many viewings, we can say the treatment we have received, from the first call until yesterday when the lovely and professional Maddie took me to 6 houses, was impeccable. The photos on site show the houses like they are and the patience and efficiency of the team, specially Maddie answering all my questions on the sites and over the phone, was incredible. If I could I would give 10 stars. Thank you.

TrustpilotAbsolutely bang average...
On a positive note they will undoubtedly sell your house, which is their sole purpose after all, however in my opinion the experience was like selling a used car on eBay - the sale price doesn't matter as long as it sells (so they get paid their all important commission). Also, their aftersales and partner solicitor firm were decidedly pedestrian. I wouldn't recommend them or be in a hurry to use them again.

This was made all the more important as at the start of the process to secure my chosen property everything had to be done by email or a very unreliable video link. The fact that this was done in a manner that made it easy to do is in no small part testament to their approach to their clients. Once I arrived back in the UK the remaining completion of the purchase was completed in 10 days. Again in no small part due to the efforts of Kim and Janette who were extremely flexible throughout. 100% would use them again
