GoogleI am only to happy to endorse others praise about the team at H and G. They have let out my Hammersmith flat for more than 5 years in an excellently efficient manner which was particularly reassuring to me as I was living in S Africa and then more recently Albania and therefore meant that I was relying on them heavily tthan had I been in the UK The same applies to the manner they have just sold the flat. Clearly proactive at all times,, Martin secured a very satisfactory sale. I endorsed H and G without hesitation for their recent well deserved Hammersmith business award and I would strongly recommend their services. Estate agents do not always get the best press, but in H and G's case they deserve to be praised

John Horton and his dedicated team work very hard in a highly competitive market to achieve optimum results in both sales and lettings. Unusually good client relations with none of the corporate double speak you get with the uncaring bigger chains.

From the moment I met Ashley, I knew that I was dealing with a very professional, straight-forward agency. The purchase could not have gone through so quickly without Ashley's support on the phone, by e-mail and the extra viewings I needed once my offer had been accepted. When I was very busy at work, Ashley pro-actively made calls to workmen to clarify availability on my behalf. I cannot recommend John, Ashley and the H&G team highly enough.

GoogleI called this agency looking for a flat in the area, I found the guy I spoke to very rude and arrogant, totally unpleasant to deal with. They asked my so many intrusive questions about my finances, income, etc, only to then tell me they didn't have any properties available, waste of my time.

GoogleThis agency is a rare breed indeed and as scarce as a politician who is honest, or an English professional football player who can play football or a happy customer at Talk Talk. I picked Horton and Garton because they offer good customer service and have an unparalleled knowledge of the local area. Martin Clements in particular was professional, commercially astute, hard working and had integrity, qualities that I have found to be mostly lacking in nearly all other estate agents. They are a good bunch of people, they are independent so they don’t carry all the rules and baggage of the chains and they are very experienced, I would recommend them for sales or rental, and I’ve used them successfully for both!
