Selling and buying a property is a challenge for everyone and managing all parties’ expectations is also very important. I acknowledge your feedback and your 3-star rating however I do genuinely believe Horton and Garton were deserving of ‘a six star rating’ making this sale happen for both yourselves and the client. Other less experienced agents would have found this transaction very challenging and possibly were not competent or experienced to see this transaction through to a positive conclusion. I would ask you kindly to review and reconsider increasing your rating… The estate agent works for the client/the vendor and not the buyer and we are obliged to report all live offers to the client and we were professional and had open discussions with you about the offer and conveyance process with my colleagues and myself included. I agree this was not a straightforward process or transaction however, often is the case there are time pressure demands “in a chain” when buying a property. Your purchase, in my professional opinion, was effectively managed by my colleague George (and myself) and I feel your comments are too harsh.
